  • other gender affirmation surgeries

We can only provide letters for folks that live in Michigan at this time.

Letter Writing Package

ALL sessions are presently being held virtually.

Package Includes:

-One session with therapist (50-55 minutes)

-Letter emailed to you and your medical provider within 3 weeks of appointment

-Letter hard copy available upon request

-Package cost $200*
